What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect what you type in:

- For sample requests and new applications: your role, country, industry and application
- Your message, if you write one
- Whether you ticked the box to receive our updates
We also record the date and time of your request and which page or button led you to the form.
To block spam, the form contains a hidden field that only automated bots fill in, and our website provider checks submissions for spam.
We ask for a shipping address only by e-mail, after we have approved a sample request.
Why we use it

We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it

- Updates: until you unsubscribe or ask us to stop.
- Spam submissions: deleted within 30 days.
